  Man on phone was really rude, i called at 12:15 am trying to place a order because website said close at 1am. But they really closed at midnight on a friday.

  I live 5 minutes away from this store. I have been a customer several times. Each time it take's an 1 1/2 to 2 hours for our food to be delivered. Ordered today and I'm disappointed again!!!! I always place my order via the app. After about 45 minutes I call the store to ask when we would get our food. Lady stated that online food orders has a 2+ hour wait. I don't understand why the app does not inform the customer of the wait time being that long. Otherwise, I would not have ordered. She also said that the delivery driver had our pizza on the way but that he also had 2 other houses to stop and she didn't know where he would stop first. So almost 2 hours after I placed my order, our pizza arrives. It was cold and did not taste fresh at all. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. After today, I refuse to order at Papa John's anymore!!!!!!!!
